The staff at Hotel Smart Plaza Delhi Airport is very supportive and the manager is excellent. the location is handy and convenient, especially for those with flights to catch. - the room size is nice, and the breakfast provided is marvelous. - the hotel offers free Wi-Fi for guests to use. - the balcony provides a fantastic view of the airport.

Luxury rooms combined with good facilities. Location not far from the New Delhi as well as Delhi Airport.

The location was excellent and perfect for traveling around New Delhi, just off the airport and metro station. My room included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a sitting area.

hotel staff were polite but even after requesting 5-6 times,they did't change the bed linen,which was not clean or wahsed enough.

The room was good sized and well laid out and offered with air-conditioning, proper lighting, for example. The hotel was in an excellent location really close to central to Delhi, convenient enough to travel by Uber and terminal 3 of airport. South West district was worth exploring...

The room was a good size and had everything we needed, including a great AC. It was so convenient being close to the airport 🛫 and right in the middle of everything.

I stayed in the room that was nicely maintained & clean and available with all comforts, proper lighting and good views. The hotel was situated in the very central location on Main Road. I enjoyed in-house restaurants around. The breakfast was marvellous, the check in was early. Furthermore, venue's free parking was nearby.

The venue met needs well

The breakfast offered was awesome and amazing at 9:20AM. Very central location was a plus. - the airport was 5 minutes drive from the place

Food served was OK,and Wifi was also fine

The rooms were dirty,washrooms were dirty ,bed sheets and pillow covers and sofas were also dirty,

Sheets were not clean and stained. They changed them but even the new ones were stained. So beds were not welcoming.

The rooms are en suite and nicely furnished with ventilation and proper lighting. Professional and well-managed staff members. Best possible location just off Indira Gandhi International Airport, Gurgaon, and the marketplace. Highly recommended to all.

There were great beds and a fireplace, an iron and an electronic key card in the double room. The venue's position was very central. Distance to the airport was just 5 km.

There was no hot water both when we arrived, wanting to take a shower and later that evening. So my mother did not get to take one.
